Pediatric Physiotherapist – Join Our Growing Team!

MyBaby Craniosacral is a woman-owned and operated business dedicated to supporting babies and their families in downtown Toronto. Since 2018, we’ve been helping infants with challenges like painful latch, tongue ties, torticollis, plagiocephaly, and more. Our mission is to ease the transition from womb to world by providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

We are in an exciting growth phase in 2025! Our practice is expanding, and we anticipate moving from our current downtown Toronto location to a larger, multidisciplinary space in the west end by the end of the year. Our new location will allow us to offer more comprehensive care, not just for babies, but also for toddlers and children.

This role will start with limited service days (approximately 2 days per month) and gradually increase to 2 days per week as client demand grows and we transition into a bigger space. This is a great opportunity for a physiotherapist looking to establish a strong foundation in a fast-growing, specialized practice.

Who You Are

You’re a dedicated physiotherapist who loves working with babies, toddlers, and young children. You understand the importance of early intervention and are committed to helping families navigate their child’s development. You’re independent, proactive, and eager to grow with a team that values collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy assessments and treatments for infants (newborn to 5 years) in-office and during home visits
• Address concerns such as torticollis, head shape asymmetry, and motor delays
• Maintain detailed client records, including assessments and treatment plans
• Educate families on topics such as infant movement, tongue-tie, bodywork, attachment, and sleep
• Stay up to date with the latest research and techniques in pediatric physiotherapy through continuing education, mentorship, and professional development
• Take initiative in building your caseload by fostering relationships with referring professionals and educating families about your services
• Work collaboratively with our team; our office will also refer clients to physiotherapy as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Physiotherapist with at least one year of pediatric experience
• Experience with pregnancy and postpartum clients is an asset
• Additional training in infant care, bodywork, or doula support is a plus
• Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle (required for home visits)
• Strong communication skills with a warm and empathetic approach
• Comfortable working with infants, toddlers, and families
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to actively contribute to practice growth
