Areas of care

Care for the whole family, under one roof.

From the first feed to the teenage years, and the parents in between. Our craniosacral therapists, lactation consultants, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist and osteopath work as one team, so you never have to retell your story at a new door.

Not sure where to start? That’s okay. Tell us what a hard day looks like and we’ll point you to the right person. Every step is your call.

Feeding

Feeding is hard.

Latching, bottles, tongue ties, supply or slow weight gain.

Babies

My baby is uncomfortable.

Reflux, gas, sleep, head shape or a baby who will not settle.

Toddlers

My toddler needs a little support.

Milestones, speech, digestion or head shape.

Children and teens

My child or teen is hurting.

Injuries, concussions, headaches or digestion.

Parents

I need care too.

Preparing for birth or recovering from it.
Parenting is hard

Struggling with one of these?

Child receiving craniosacral therapy during occupational therapy session.

Feeding, sleeping, reflux and colic

Birth is hard on little bodies, and the tension it leaves behind can show up as painful feeds, restless sleep, gas or a baby who cries more than seems fair. Gentle craniosacral touch helps ease that tightness so your baby can feed, digest and rest more comfortably.

Developmental milestones, digestion and head shape

Are you wondering if your toddler who didn’t crawl on both legs needs a look? Is your preschooler not talking quite as quickly as you hoped? Is your little one constipated? Still thinking about the shape of your child’s head? Craniosacral therapy can address these things and help support your child’s development.

Concussion, sports injuries and digestion

Injuries and concussions can leave a body compensating long after the moment has passed. Craniosacral therapy aims to reduce that pain and tension, and may also help with migraines, emotional regulation and digestive troubles.
