Easing the transition from womb to world
Your baby is trying to tell you something.
We help you understand.
Craniosacral therapy, lactation support, feeding therapy and milestones care for babies, kids and parents, all under one roof in Toronto.

From birth and beyond
We know babies.
We know how babies move, feed and settle, and what it looks like when something is in the way.
We look past the milestone chart to the small signs that a little body is working harder than it should.
You won't be explaining yourself to someone still figuring it out. Our team has seen this before and knows what to do next.

How we work
You're exhausted. Your baby is crying. And all you've heard is "this is normal" or "they'll grow out of it."
Maybe they will. But that doesn't help you get through tonight.
We look past the symptom to what's driving them, and provide treatments that actually help.
Start with the right person.
Where you start depends on what symptom is the hardest. Not sure? Call and we'll recommend the team member best suited for your baby.
Add the right people.
As your baby's needs become clearer, we bring in the right members of our team.
Keep it simple.
When you're seeing more than one of us, we do our best to stack your appointments on the same day.

Parenting is hard
Struggling with one of these?

Many families find a few craniosacral sessions before a tongue tie release helps. We suggest booking 3 to 4 days before the procedure and again 1 to 2 days after. Whether to release is always your choice, made with your care providers.
Tummy time is hard to watch when your baby fights it. Sometimes tension in the neck, shoulders or body is making it uncomfortable. Craniosacral therapy and physiotherapy can help babies tolerate more of it.
The symptom is rarely the whole story. It's a signal, and we're trained to follow it back to its source. If your baby is already on medication, you made the best choice you could. We can help from here.
